Signage For Care
Signage for care is the creation of Wayfinders. We started life in 2016 designing wayfinding and signage for the health sector. We’ve been designing, manufacturing and implementing large scale projects around the world ever since.
Nowadays we have in house qualified architects and graphic designers working on cutting edge design with a specialist expertise in care home and hospital environments. We're often called to give advice to governments, educational institutions and corporate bodies on how to make their environments more accessible.
We created signageforcare because we needed a solution that was practical, dementia friendly and not upsettingly ugly. There was no merit to the childish yellow and black signs we were being asked for so we decided to design a range that perfectly complied with best practice and helped improve the environment.

About Signage For Care
Signage for care is the online shop of Wayfinders. We started life in 2016 manufacturing high-quality signage for the health sector. We’ve been designing, manufacturing and implementing large scale projects for hospitals and nursing homes in Ireland ever since.
We wanted to create something that was more effective for dementia residents while complementing the environment and creating a comfortable, safe environment. When we launched the range the feedback from our customers was overwhelming. Our customers have started standardising on the range across their homes and hospitals both in dementia specific areas and more generally.
